kitorg wat open house that night...macam2 food ada..ada nasik tomato, pulut kuning, rendang ayam..ayam golek, kek pelangi, nasik impit, kuah kacang, kueh raya, pudding n macam2 lagi...org yg mai pulak smpai 50 org..penuh rumah nih...ada bukak crita 'waris jari hantu' mak fateen bawak dr malaysia sempena raya... guess what...gambar kitorg 3 org kuar utusan online salam perantauan...huhu mmg timing baik punya!
the next day lagi sakan..ada 6 buah umah buat open house...start ngan umah Dr Shah pagi tu makan nasik lemak for breakfast, then umah kak ti makan laksam, umah lynda makan soto, poknik makan sate, umah hana (go wat nasik minyak..impress giler) time smpai umah hana pn dh nak maghrib...malam lak open house umah atiku...mmg penat makan je...huhu penat je turun weight sebulan posa...dh naik balik in two days...mmg terbaik!

the next day..saturday afternoon, we went to Perth Royal Show.. me, le', yeng, gg, berg, kodok, alip, fadil, fateen n has...its the last day...nk masuk pn kena bayar $22 for adult...tp berg ngan kodok bli concession tiket sbb diorg menyamar as a high school student...lol..i spent around $108 there termasuk enterence fee td tu...bli show bags for my adik2...spongebob, thomas n friends..hehe..n some for myself...makann for bukak posa (bubble tea!)..xnaik pn rides...pastu ade 1 drama ngan st john ambulance nih...hehe..one of our fren, Mr X (bukan nama sebenar) tiba2 cram seluruh badan selepas naik Orbito (one of the most sengal nye rides..sakit badan2)..terpaksa la dia bkk posa..tp sapa ntah tersalah bg pepsi kt dia..dh la perut kosong...mmg terbaik arrr...muntah2 mamat tu...haish....kesian dia..xpasal2 kena ganti puasa nnt...mmg jadi bahan lepas nih...lol...we stay there till night..watching the fabulous fireworks..mmg best!
then esok tu...ingat kn nk rehat2 je bcoz its sunday...planning nk wat kueh raya..mama carrie k samprit k..awal2 pagi lg dh g IGA bli bahan2 wat kueh...tp alih2 sbb nk bli wok nye pasal...dh terspend another $80 kt habour town...mula2 nk g ikea nk bli wok sbb mak fateen nk dtg dh mgu nih for raya...alih2 ikea tutup lak...so we decided to go to habour town...saje2 nk tgk apa yg ada..tp mmg terhajat dh nk g...ingat nk bli baju br...its the first time g habour town since blk dr new zealand..nk save duit nye pasal..lol...nasib baik scholer nk masuk dh ujung bulan nih...i spend bnyk sbb nk bli baju la...brapa pasang ntah baju bli...camni la klu dh lama xshopping kn..isk2...malam lak bkk posa kt umah bob..diorg wat makan2...atiqu wat pudding pelangi...has wat pudding roti..pastu ade mee gorg..air bandung...samosa..popia...mmg terbaik!

dh lama dh teringat nk wat blog pasal our xpdc k north nih...cuma xde masa jer..ye la...all my roadtrips n my journey i wat blog...mn boleh tertinggal journey g north nih...nostalgia giler ooo...hehe well our journey took place masa cuti midsem first semester second year (for me la) 2007...cuti easter.....it started at night 5th april to 9th april...5 days on a roadtrip with 3 Toyota Camry (huhu...masa nih la nk rasa bwk kete mewah pn)...seramai 12 org..which includes me, fateen, shu, le', has, anep, atiqu, yeng, bob, danone, amal n hisham...(alip lak xleh ikut sbb dia keje)...so 1 kete dok 4 org la ~ kete biru : hisham, le', amal n bob (kete s.m salim sbb 24/7 lagu2 cd hisham jer..huhu) ~ kete putih : danone, fateen, yeng n has (kete yg terkena badi kangaroo..haha) ~kete silver: me, shu, atiqu n anep (kete too fast too furious..huhu) before we started our journey...kete putih yg dipandu danone pancit tayar (boleh x tayar tu pancit kt mounts bay..nasib baik kt mounts bay..sempat la tukar spare tyre)..danone punya la cuak masa tu..terus naik bilik sapa ntah..g solat..haha...kitorg patut rakam muka cuak dia tu...rugi2
our journey covers Kalbarri, Carnavon, Monkey Mia smpai Exmouth...kitorg g snorkeling kt Exmouth...ade aksi2 shu diselamatkn oleh lifeguard yg 'hot' n ketidakpuasan has sbb life guard tu xselamatkn dia yg berenang lagi jauh lg dr shu...n end up terpaksa berenang sndr k bot...huhu..sian ko has...lol! one thing yg i remember is our first night kt Kalbarri, where kitorg dinner n masak kt shearing shed yg lama (still ade bau2 kambing) sbb our campsite dkt c2 n that shearing shed was our common kitchen...huhu..n malam 2 lak kitorg tgk bintang sambil bob tunjuk ajar kitorg pasal buruj n zodiak
n then at the Exmouth campsite kitorg silap sewa 4 tapak camp padahal guna 1 petak jer wat khemah semua n that campsite penuh ngan emu2...pagi2 lg emu2 tu dh dtg kaco kitorg tdo..nasib baik xruntuh khemah kitorg...huhu
we also went to Kalbarri National Park...mmg panas giler at that time..cam padang pasir jer...air kt c2 lak bnyk yg dh kering...frust gak la bila tgk 1 valley nih dh xde air...dah la panas..bnyk lalat lak tu...saba je la
n not to mention we had a bbq kt Monkey Mia...angin dia mmg kuat giler..n ade 1 time nih kt Carnavon ade satu kisah yeng ngan toilet automatic nih..hehe..xyah mention la kot crita...tp mmg kelakar giler
masa trip nih la ade bnyk perkataan2 pelik2 yg disalah sebut yg mmg akan kitorg ingat smpai bila2 bila nk kenakn org..antaranya 'habour town' (actually it's pearl habour...masa tu has tgh smgt nk teka soundtrack pearl habour tp terkeluar perkataan habour town...huhu nasib ko la has), 'tenggelam'(shu yg tgh marah anep sbb smoking dkt petrol station...takut 'tenggelam' nnt tempat tu..hehe tau la br diselamatkn dr lemas td...lol), 'flush' (fateen yg nk sebut flash camera tp tersebut 'flush'), 'floosh' (yeng yg nk ejek fateen tp dia yg tersalah sebut jugak) 'carvanon' (danone for Carnavon) 'kilbara' (atiqu for Kalbarri) n bnyk lagi....n not to mention teka teki danone yg bangang tu... 'A Walk'...huhu haaa...lupa lak nk mention..aksi2 mencemaskn fateen yg wat 'skip' masa tgh drive kol 4 pg (terdistract sbb tgh cr hset anep yg tgh bunyi alarm..dh la alarm dia bunyi lagu Disagree ...mmg scary..nasib baik kitorg xlanggar tiang tepi jalan masa tu)..n scene anep langgar kangaroo...in front of my eyes sbb my car blakang kete anep...(danone yg tgh tdo dlm kete tu hampir tergolek..nasib baik has sempat tahan kepala danone dr terhantuk seat dpn) n aksi2 kangaroo rmai2 hantuk kete anep pulak..(mesti sbb nk balas dendam..huhu)...p/s: kangaroo2 north nih mmg ganas2...suka main tepi jalan pada waktu senja n tgh malam...sejak tu kangaroo bkn lagi dianggap watak2 cute bg kitorg...huhu
bnyk sweet n not so sweet memories along the journey...biasa la kn klu tgh stress k apa k kn..tp journey nih mmg best giler!!!...semua org dpt rasa drive kete mewah nih..huhu n it's also a treat for amal b4 dia blk msia...haa speaking of amal...dia telah merosakkn stromatolite which is one of the world's heritage (stromatolite nih ala2 alga air yg tumbuh 1 inci every 100 years!)...masa tu plastic keropok smith yg amal wat alas dr panas matahari tu telah jatuh kedalam stomatolite tu n amal lak attempt to amek blk plastik tu ngan terjun k dlm kolam yg penuh stromatolite tp xberjaya sbb takut ranger yg tgh jaga tu nmpk...huhu..mmg 'asian berdarah' betul la... our journey ends kt Jurong Bay..the last stop..pastu kalut2 la nk g anta kete b4 kol 4..n kete putih skali lg terlambat anta sbb traffic jam..huhu..sah2 kena badi kangaroo nih...
n a week after that me, shu n fateen ade midsem..3 paper berturut2 plus 1 group assmt...mmg xsedar diri..ade exam ade hati nk jalan2 lg..huhu n mmg result kitorg pn ntah apa2 jer...ye la smgu je prepare for the exams kn n percentage dia bnyk lak tu...tp kitorg xmenyesal~ heee
we went to the world's amazing circus performance~ Varakei Cirque Du Soleil~ which started at 4pm till 630pm...dh la first day berpuasa...so kitorg semua which is 21 org...me, fateen, shu, anep, alip, kodok, zaquan, keme, hazel, bob, yeng, gg, imran, poknik, ucop, pojoe, lynda, helwa, shakri, danone n fitri pn bkk posa rmai2 kt dlm tu...mkn popcorn yg masin (hazel yg baik ati blanja), choc (6 doller..mahal seyh) n air kosong...nasib baik kodok bwk mars...untung gak dok sebelah dia...huhu
the performance was superb! mmg best! tp xde la nk expect tgk gajah2 or harimau beraksi or ade badut2 wat lawak...its more like acrobatics...org2 dia nyanyi live ala2 soprano...lagu2 dia mmg best!...kagum giler arrr..pastu ade satu performance dia nyanyi lagu spanyol yg ade dlm crita mokhsin tu (part mak n ayah orkid menari2 tu)...penat aku ngan has nk ingat blk lagu tu dlm iklan apa...rupa2 nya dlm crita mokhsin..lol!
unfortunately cameras are not allowed in the circus..so sapa2 nk tgk performance dia kena la bli tiket sndr (xde la mahal sgt..kitorg dpt discount from $89 to $76)...or klu xde duit..leh kot tgk kt tenet...try la cr..tp sure xsebest klu tgk live kn...hehe
we had a suprise farewell party for afiq at fast eddies...penuh fast eddies tu..28 org...we ate dinner n then ade cake especially for afiq...afiq mmg terharu giler..can see it in his face...jgn sedeh2 ye..jgn lupakn kami disini...all the best for u in the future!...bye2 afiq!
the midsem holiday is on and we had planned a 3-day holiday at the Rottnest Islandbertolak kol 8 lebih..naik bas g freo...then naik feri g rottnest kol 930..
all 15 of us (keme, me, shu, helwa, potet, saufi, berg, saru, pojoe, yeng, kodok, daeng, kuros, hazel n zaquan)~the os os team...sewa 1 bungalow...kawasan dia cam kmpung..xde kete..ade basikal n bas jer...ade quokka (cam tupai + tikus sket2) berkeliaran2 disekitar kmpg tu... smpai2 jer rottnest, kitorg g mandi pntai...ingatkn nk snorkeling aritu tp xsempat sbb dh stgh ari dh..so kitorg pn lepak2 jer tepi beach...taking lots of photos..enjoying the sunset...(i lost my one of my earings kt pntai tu...sob2..dh la pusaka nye earings...mmg harapan la nk jmp blk)....at night kitorg main charade n chap-kali-chap...huhu..macam2 gaya ade...best2!...(saru nye gaya smkin improve the next night..huhu)
the next day kitorg g sewa basikal n g snorkeling...penat giler...naik bukit turun bukit...kitorg g kt salmon bay, green island...lawa sgt...we had lunch...pojoenye hset dh jd aquaruim!..dh snorkeling smpai green island, br sedar yg hset dlm poket...sian pojoe..n saufi jd hero masa tu...saving 2 org yg hampir2 lemas...huhu...cayo lah saufi! hero remaja yg br...n then saufi blanja semua org dome pulak after that...
esok tu pulak lepas g anta bike blk, kitorg pn naik feri blk perth kol 1030..mmg mabuk laut abis...pening giler...sbb tgh storm kt laut tu...nasib baik la setgh jam jer...huhu...walaupn trip nih skejap je..sbb nk dekat2 posa dh...tp seyes best giler...go 'os os' team go!!!
8th sept 2007 (saturday) we had a merdeka feast which was conducted by UMNO, MASCA n other organization yg ade kt perth nih...the weather at first was not so pleasant, sat2 ujan...sat2 cerah balik...dh la wat kt open air..tp xpe..smgt merdeka yg penting kn..huhu
mula2 ade perarakan..ade kontigen WAPEC (budak2 pet)...postgrad (diorg anta anak2 diorg yg comel2 masuk perarakan)..curtin uni students, MASCA, and not to mention UMNO..of course...huhu..JPA-MARA kontigen yg paling smart arrr...siap pkai blazer lg...(bayar blazer mahal2..baik pkai kn)...n guest what...we won the parade!!!..huhu
the best part masa feast nih is the zapin dance...(xde la zapin sgt..more to like joget..but we prefer to call it that way..lol)...kitorg (saufi-lynda, pojoe-keme, me-afiq, danone-fateen, hazel-berg n salleh-helwa) berjoget n bertwist kt padang yg tgh becak n lecah..huhu...smgt punya smgt kn...walaupn ujan rintik2..the show must go on!!!..(mati la klu mak aku tau aku berdansa dpn org rmai kn...huhu)

before i went to NZ, i spend a couple of days in melbourne...meeting my intec frens and buddies yg lama giler xjmp sejak duduk perth....huhu...not to mention the shopping fever...sbb melbn tu cam heaven for shopper-maniac like me...
boleh x i spend $120 for adidas shoes and $150 for nike shoes in just 2 days...not to mention $50 roxy bag sbb nk isi2 barang2 shopping nk angkut skali g NZ..(huhu..dtg 2 beg je..balik 3 bag!)...n baju2 yg i bli...forgot to mention my new handbag...hmm...klu nk kira2...i spend almost $500 for the whole 5 days i spend in melbn..termasuk la blanja makan skali...(mau pengsan mak aku dgr nih...kt perth xpenah pn nk spend sebanyak nih!!!)

Last Day of the Trip! amazing morning in Lake Takapo..beautiful icy, snowy scenery right in front of our eyes...we took family photos (as usual)..bertolak k Christchurch...kete mat g anta snowchain kt Darfield...meet up with everybody kt chch...g anta yus n fateen kt airport (their flight kol 3pm lebih).. n then anta mat n yamud (flight kol 4 lebih)..bye2 korg!...before that..another drama kt NZ car rentals..(no need to mention la kot)..sorry!flight alan, anwar n shed ptg tu kol 6..bye2 korg jugak!..so diorg tgl kt airport...the rest g lepak2 umah alif shah once more...izwan treat us lunch kt Dream Garden..tanks izwan!

bgn kol 4am..to catch has nye flight to auckland kol 5am..pastu has blk msia blk..n anep n mine nye flight to sydney too at 6am..(tanks to laily bg tumpang tdo umah n to izwan n aiza yg bgn awal jugak sbb anta kitorg)..aiza n izwan nye flight to brisbane kol 2 lebih that day n pojoenye flight to perth pn kol 3 lebih (transit to brisbane dulu)at sydney..we waited at the airport for the next flight to perth about 5 hours..nk jalan2 sydney takut xsempat lak n xtau jalan..huhu..mayb next time
smpai2 perth..another drama..kete anep accident..we were in the car..nasib baik xinjured but the car was in a bad condition..anep nk let go je kete tu (sian anep)..smpai umah..fateen masak ayam masak kicap siap ngan dessert lg..huhu..tanks!..lapa giler..1 whole day xmkn..(n dont blame me for being 'kentang' thru the way back home anep..hehe)...forgot to mention..hana is still in chch for another 3 days n in sydney before going back to perth (jalan sakan noo ko..hehe)

ptg tu bertolak k Lake Takapo..passby Lake Pukaki..tdo kt YHA Lake Takapo (our last YHA)..dinner...we had maggie gorg n su'un gorg (yg anep ingat tu bihun..huhu)..we used all the ingredients yg available kt kichen tu that nite..nasib baik sedap..hehe
that morning we went to deer park...one of the LOTR site..the view mmg lawa..ade rusa2 n kambing2 busuk..hehe..ade llama yg comey...ade tasik yg beku..we take turns to bergambar atas tasik beku tu..cuak giler takut dia crack...
fateen n anep wat bungy with tini n mun that morning...hana, alan, pojoe, aiza, izwan, yus g wat water rafting after g deer park..siap naik heli lg..the rest lepak2 city..then g anta redzy blk auckland kt airport queenstown ptg tu..(free parking for 20 mins!)...bye2 redzy...
malam tu..lepas dinner kt city..anep kena saman sbb speeding about 62km/h (speeding k tu???) n the speed limit masa tu just 50km/h....n mmg dh smpai backpackers dh pn at that time...mmg bad luck gak la that nite..kete siput masa tu overload org..nasib baik diorg cepat2 cover before the police found out...to cheer things up...kitorg main game truth or dare..huhu..mmg best!..semua rahsia terbongkar...sorry, cant describe it here...have to see the video itself..hehe
Let the adventure begins!!! woke up in the shivering morning (about minus 9 degree) feeling the cold feet of doing the bungee jumping later at 11am with has, shed n anwar..can't imagine how would it be..jumping from 134m (the highest bungy in nz)..huhu
berbekalkn meggie gorg yg has wat pg tu, kitorg bergerak k 'the station' for registration and measuring our weights (huhu kantoi berat semua org! haha)...n waiting for their van to pick up us to the bungy sitethe bungy site is just like a cable car yg tergantung kt tgh2 canyon (siap goyang2 lg sbb it was only supported by cable wires!)..anwar and shed did the bungy first, then has n then me (i was the last person that morning sbb yg paling ringan..hehe)..it was really amazing..cant describe the feeling of it thru words...it was really great!..awesome!...rasa cam nk bunuh diri pn ade...althought the jump took only 8 seconds..the scenery was...fulawey!!!..we also did dvd on that n shed pn wat video sndr ngan ikat camera kt tgn with celifon tape
then at 230ptg, we did the skydive...tu mmg best giler...we jump from 12,000 feet, the instructor sgt baik..xcuak sgt la masa nk terjun tu...siap wat video lg (tp mahal nk mampuih...$209 for the dvd plus the photos n the poscards)..group hana, alan, pojoe, yamud,redzy pg tu wat skydive n ptg wat bungee while mat was the first person to do the bungee that morning (kol 7 am lebih..sorg2 lak tu sbb mat2 saleh in his group semua tarik diri..way to go mat!!!) n then skydive (dia yg abis dulu wat aktivity for that day)...yus, aiza n izwan if i'm not mistaken wat shortover jet pg tu...fateen n anep lak g deer park..dating2 ngan rusa, llama...kambing2..hehe
after a buzy day that day...at night kitorg tgk harry potter rmai2 kt queenstown mall..anep, fateen, mun n tini layan transformers..tp harry potter tu frustrating gak la..xbest..semua benda dia nk include smpai nmpk crita tu jd cam kalut2...(rating 2 bintang je!)
Dramas of the Dramas!!! pagi2 lg our car (which is kete anep, fateen, me ngan has) wat hal...urgh!!!..we had a flat tyre..(smlm xprasan pn) n klu nk tukar tyre now, we might be late for the next schedule...so all 15 of us naik 3 cars only to Millford Sound also known as PioPioTahi for the cruise which menurut lonely planet is the world’s most scenic place
on our way..kitorg lalu 1 tunnel yg horror giler (Hemer's Tunnel)...dh la xde lampu..gelap..cam xsiap je..dinding still simen lak tu...kuar2 je dr tunnel tu dh lalu tepi gaung...dh la jalan frost..licin...n snowy...giler mencabar!
on the cruise..we enjoyed the beautiful view..take lovely pics ala2 titanic..including with the korean tourists (makcik2 korea semua) -ade sorg pakcik korea tua minat hana..(haha)..for lunch, we had buffet yg kitorg share rmai2 sbb buffet tu mahal giler...nasib baik tea n coffee dia free..huhu
on the way blk..kitorg singgah main snow...we had a great snow fight..all the guys got snow in their pants (yus sorg je yg terlepas!)..we build a small snowman yg xjd sgt..(huhu xde skill la)...made a snow angel too...tangkap bnyk giler family photo...
then bila dh smpai YHA blk, xsedar lak yg kete izwan (skali dgn aiza, anep, fateen ngan pojoe) xde kt blakang..tgu punya lama but still diorg xsmpai lg..dh msg tp diorg mayb xde coverage..n then tiba2 anep ngan fateen smpai (diorg tumpang 1 caravan nih)..diorg ckp kete izwan tiba2 mati tgh jalan...so anep n yamud went back ngan kete mat to rescue izwan, aiza ngan pojoe (pojoe masa tu pkai shorts + slipar jepun ngan stokin roxy fateen sbb sejuk sgt) yg still stranded..5 jam lebih diorg stranded (kesian giler)..yus lak xabis2 rasa besalah sbb tukar kete ngan pojoe before diorg stranded tu... the rest g tolong shakur ngan mat tukar tayar kete anep..unfortunately bila blk je dr Millford Sound tu..we found another flat tyre kt kete anep (mat masa tu dh menyumpah2 NZ car rentals)...so 1 tyre tukar ngan spare tyre yg xleh exceed 80 km/h n the other one pinjam spare tyre kete alan...barang2 dr kete anep pulak kitorg unloaded tepi jalan skali dgn brg2 kete mat sbb kete mat guna tuk amek diorg yg tgh standed tu ngan brg2 diorg skali...(which is lepas tu kitorg sorok je kt carpark yg kosong kt celah2 kete kt YHA tu) before that, sbb sejuk sgt..kitorg masuk la YHA tuk panaskn badan..but then kena halau ngan makcik YHA tu sbb kitorg dh check out pagi td..bila dia tgk kitorg still kt car park n xblah2 lg dia pn dtg n bila dh tau kete kitorg wat hal dia pn suh masuk dlm YHA tu blk (but still dia xbg kitorg masak apa2 kt dapur dia)..so kitorg pn lepak2 la kt situ smbil makan roti sapu jem je smtara tgu dak2 stranded smpai then dlm kol 7pm lebih, diorg pn smpai..kete izwan mmg xleh nk wat apa2 dh so kitorg tgl je kt tmpat td n let the authorities uruskn...kitorg then terus bergerak g Queenstown (ngan kelajuan 60km/j- spare tyre nye pasal)..smpai2 Queenstown kol 10 lebih..the rest dok YHA LakeFront while me anep has ngan fateen dok backpackers lain yg 8km from YHA (sejuk giler sbb heater xjalan- kitorg tido around minus 7 without sleeping bags!)...very tiring ngan ngantuk...what a day!..so the drama la kn~
Drive all the way to Te Anau...singgah Haast sbb has nk bergambar dekat signboard (sbb Haast tu sounds like her name..haha- prasan!)
we lost track of Izwan's car..so kitorg singgah 1 pitstop nih utk bergambar smbil tgu dia lalu...but then he must have missed it..so we continue our journey (masa tu Izwan ingat kitorg still ahead of him padahal kitorg kt blakang..nk msg pn xde coverage)
then kitorg reunite with izwan, aiza ngan yus kt Puzzling World..but before masuk tempat tu..kitorg g hiking jap kt hill dpn Puzzling World nih sbb Redzy ckp leh nmpk view of Wanaka Lake (dia penah dtg cni b4- tp dia lupa nk mention yg hiking tu tinggi giler n penat nk mampus kn)..nasib baik view dia lawa..berbaloi gak penat2 pn...hehe..pojoe said that he could see 'Subway' from up there...
then, lepas penat hiking..kitorg g Puzzling World...amazing..very amazing...macam2 ade...nk describe pn xtau camne nk describe bout that place...ade macam2 gambar yg ade kaitan ngan ilusi optic...pastu ade 1 room nih yg senget..semua benda dlm tu senget...even bila masuk pn rasa pening...than ade 1 hall nih where there are faces of popular people such as nelson mandela n madam teressa n many more (can't recall their names) surrounding the wall n then when u enter, it seems that their eyes are watching u as u move around the hall...there's another room where when u stand at 1 side...u would look much shorter than if u stand at the other side of the room (u'll notice it when u saw it on the camera or watching it from the outside window) <--hope u all get what i'm trying to explain here..huhu
then there's a maze (ala2 harry potter nye maze but it's made of wood rather than bushes)...kitorg main 'sapa smpai all 4 of the towers yg ade at every corners tu dulu'...mmg best n pening nk cr jalan dia...(mat nye group mng that maze!)..n not to mention toilet dia..where ade painting besar outside the toilet which shows the ancient Rome toilet (gmbar org buang air rmai2...tu pn jd attraction utk kitorg bergambar..haha)
then before heading to Te Anau..kitorg singgah makan kebab (ade kedai turkish jual kebab halal kt situ)...kalah Subway kt sebelah tu..even pojoe pn xpandang Subway..haha...sejuk2 kitorg makan kt luar kedai tu...then bila dh kenyang..br kitorg continue our journey to Te Anau
ari nih kitorg g glasier hiking kt Franz Josef..lepas pack2 lunch which is pasta yg kitorg masak malam semalam...jalan kaki g register point dia (dekat je)...lepas daftar, g tukar kasut boot, amek jaket, topi n glove...
semua org pegi kecuali yamud sbb ade confusion sket dlm booking2 nih masa tu...yamud try daftar pagi tu tp xleh sbb mmg dh penuh...(sian yamud) kitorg split into 2 groups; the rest dlm 1 group kecuali me, fateen, has ngan yus in another group...(lunch2 semua dlm group satu lg so nnt lunch time kitorg akan catch up blk ngan group satu lg tu)
before smpai glasier tu..naik bas dr register point..kena jungle tracking dlm hutan...br smpai kt kaki glasier tu..before naik..instructor tu tunjuk ajar camne nk pasang spike kt boot...sbb mmg jalan2 dia slippery n dangerous! kitorgnye instructor dtg dr jepun..(has ckp dia sgt hensem!)...(tp rasanya instructor group satu lagi -Troy lg hot kot..haha- nama pn Troy kn)...instructor tu crita glasier nih berubah2 every two weeks...so each time kitorg nk lalu..instructor tu kena pajak2 blk track dia...kitorg kena naik bridge..panjat2...masuk ice cave yg sempit giler..lalu celah2 ice..seyes lawa giler view dr atas glasier tu....best!!...tp penat giler!...anep lak terpijak lopak ais..(sebelah kaki masuk lopak tu smpai peha!- cuak2!!) lunch time kitorg jumpa the other group kt atas glasier tu..diorg masa tu dh makan dh pasta (xtgu kitorg pn!-huhu) n then sambung blk our journey...kitorg nye journey 3-quarter-day..around kol 4-5 br blk register point tu blk- kitorg jmp sorg young malaysian-indian instructor nih (was born in klang..sekolah kt perlis!)- terkejut giler dia ckp melayu masa kitorg br smpai register point tu- what a small world!
pagi2 lg semua org dh siap kecuali anwar ngan shakur (hegeh br nk mandi!)...kalut g anta harizah g airport..dia nk blk auckland...(bye2 harizah!)..pastu g tukar kete mat ngan kete nissan cefiro..(bak kata anep.."macam drug dealer je..letak kunci kete dlm envelope kt dlm dashboard kete camtu jer"- giler!)...
another drama...org car rental suh hire snow chain sndr sbb dia ckp kitorg lmbat n dia dh left tmpat yg kitorg suppose to meet him up (bingungnye dealer! nak wat biznes k x??)...pastu kitorg have to spend $80 to hire it per car rather than $25 or so klu deal ngan dealer td tu (geram tul!)...so we went to Darfield tuk amek snow chain has ckp "kita nk kena amek chain saw k???<--say wat!!--chain saw?..not snow chain eh has?- haha)
drive to Franz Josef thru Arthur's Pass...before nk lalu tu..kena pasang snow chain....it was snowing at that time (yeah!!!) semua org struggle pasang snow chain (first time tu..tekun giler baca arahan)..then after 5 min driving using the snow chain...kete izwan stop tepi sbb snow chain dia giler...asyik bunyik jer..macam nk tercabut!...then he decided to patah blk k darfield nk tukar snow chain..so semua org patah blk k tmpat kitorg pasang snow chain td while tgu dia blk dr darfield...we end up enjoying the view for 1 hour...huhu..after an hour..izwan blk...dia ckp xyah pkai snow chain pn xpe..semua org pn bukak la blk snow chain yg dipasang td (penat je- what a drama!)
then kitorg pn continue our journey...view sgt lawa kt Arthur's Pass tu..cam kt banjaran Alps!...jalan sgt tricky sbb dia bukit bukau ngan very frosty...at last kitorg pn smpai YHA Franz Josef (YHA yg ke-3)....yg pekan dia ade 4 road jer..haha..kitorg enjoy makan pasta malam tu... another drama-->anep ngan fateen declare couple malam tu..huhu..anep on his knees!!! (^_^)
masjid hepburn, masjid melayu kt perth nih...setengah jam nk smpai sana pn...bertolak kol 715pg (menurut ketua konvoi..din)..rmai2 konvoi g masjid...kete kitorg..mak ayah fateen pn ade...kete hisham (anep bawak), kete din, kete zaq, kete saufi, kete berg, kete poknik, kete ujang, kete atiqu...stat dr nedlands...the best part pasal masjid nih sbb rmai org melayu..yg tua2..yg muda2...khutbah pn dlm bahasa melayu...makann pn bnyk lepas solat raya tu..kitorg selepas makan apa lg..dok sakan bergambar la depan masjid..huhu...as usual..geng kitorg jugak la yg conquer pagi2 raya every year~
